In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, like101 and its Operator, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

like101's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their like101 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

like101 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. like101 will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

You may request closure of your like101 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your PKR Wallet will be returned via your most recently used withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and provided no active bonus wagering obligations remain unsatisfied.

like101 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, except where mandatory applicable consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
